Required Knowledge – Competencies – Experience

• At least 5+ years of experience as a database developer:

Microsoft SQL Server database Configuring, Design, Programming, writing, and optimizing complex SQL queries, writing stored procedures, backup/restore, security management, etc.

• Excellent understanding of programming fundamentals and database concepts
• Experience with object-oriented analysis and design
• Knowledge of software development best practices
• Eagerness to increase DB development skills
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English

• Experience with source control – SVN, GIT
• Good team player, able to work in an agile environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a “make it happen” attitude
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and self-driven
• Client oriented and knowledge sharing attitude

• Salesforce Database knowledge
• KingswaySoft SSIS integration toolkit
• Relational and NoSQL database knowledge
• Ability using .NET framework, .NET Core and C# language
• Familiar with Visual Studio and .NET development tools

Responsibilities

• Design stable, reliable, and effective databases
• Modify databases according to requests and perform tests
• Migrate data from existing applications and database environments into new ones
• Ensure availability, reliability, and security of the database in production and staging environments
• Support Testing efforts from a database perspective
• Collaborate with other database developers to assess system performance and make modifications as required
• Coach junior members of the team
• Implement the company development guidelines and processes and come with improvement suggestions
