Recognos brings its Smart Data Platform at CEBIT 2017

April 3, 2017, Cluj, RO, News

March 2017 – Recognos participated for the first time at Europe’s leading technology conference, CeBIT Hannover.

For 5 days, Andrei Roth, Recognos Head of European Operations, Mihai Dinsoreanu, Recognos CTO and Crina Iliescu, Recognos Marketing Manager presented the Recognos Smart Data Platform in Hannover. The Recognos stand introduced both visitors and partners to the RSDP, to Tabstract (the Recognos PDF table extractor) and to some of the use cases Recognos already works in production with.

The high point of the Recognos presence was the premiere of an instance of the RSDP focused on European research funds. The extraction and analysis done by the Recognos team revealed some interesting facts about beneficiaries of EU research grants by linking information extracted from both unstructured and structured data.
