2007 February – NDIS (the company co-founded by Recognos) participates at the SpeechTek West  Conference in San Francisco

2006 November – Recognos signs an agreement with OpsWare (www.opsware.com) to assist OpsWare in creating an R&D office in Cluj, Romania

2006 November – Recognos Romania accomplishes successfully the ISO 9001 certification.

2005  March – Recognos signs an agreement with Micronets New York to assist  Micronets to create an R&D office in Cluj, Romania.

2005 March – Recognos becomes a Certified Microsoft Development Partner.

2004 November, RECOGNOS Romania received the Award of Excellence, at the 10th edition of the Romanian Computer Show (ROCS) for the www.cluj4all.com portal, Bucharest.

2004 May -  NDIS is delivering solutions! During May, National Directory Information Services (NDIS) has delivered a Sales Force Automation tool that automatically enters new leads and voice notes into Salesforce.com (R) from a user's cell phone. This month NDIS also provided a hosted IVR, Call Capture, and extension routing service to record and direct incoming calls for a major real estate/mortage broker ad campaign. May, 2004

2004 March - Recognos partners with United Insurance Technologies 2003 to provide state-of-the-art health insurance quote services Insurance Brokers across US.

2004 June, Candles4Light of California is now selling its custom candles directly to consumers using Recognos' award winning Flash site located at http://www.candles4light.com.

2003 – Recognos US creates an LLC with United Insurance Technologies, based in San Rafael, CA to jointly develop an online quoting engine. (www.unitedinsurancetech.com)

2003 May – Recognos US creates National Directory Information Systems LLC in a joint venture with Sierra Valley Capital, LLC in Orinda California. (www.ndis.us)
NDIS is a joint venture between Sierra Valley Capital, LLC and Recognos, Inc., both California companies.

2001 February – Peter Zadrozny Chief Technologist for BEA Systems Inc. visits the Recognos Offices in Cluj.

2000 – September – Recognos enters in a strategic partnership with iQuest

2000 – August Recognos Inc. creates Recognos Romania with our Romanian partner and General Manager, Romeo Macaria. Initially Recognos Romania has 8 employees. All the employees came from Dynamic Network Technologies, company initially founded by George Soros. The company is inaugurated in Cluj with the participation of James Rosapepe, the Ambassador of United States in Romania.

1999 September – Recognos Inc. In California begins.
