During May, National Directory Information Services (NDIS) has delivered a Sales Force Automation tool that automatically enters new leads and voice notes into Salesforce.com (R) from a user’s cell phone. This month NDIS also provided a hosted IVR, Call Capture, and extension routing service to record and direct incoming calls for a major real estate/mortgage broker ad campaign.
