Recognos Group formed a partnership with SOPOLEC a Bucharest based Business Advisory Services company to create a WEB 2.0 platform to support knowledge sharing and creation of a market place for the next generation of construction and real estate development. To prepare this portal for rapidly emerging WEB 3.0 capabilities, the site will incorporate automated semantic description and superior classification of technical and other information for Green Building, Clean Technology, Sustainable Development, and related topics that will be described through a set of ontologies. The new Semantic Search Engines and networks will therefore easily access the comprehensive information and provide more relevant and useful search results.

NDIS is delivering solutions! During May, National Directory Information Services (NDIS) has delivered a Sales Force Automation tool that automatically enters new leads and voice notes into Salesforce.com (R) from a user’s cell phone. This month NDIS also provided a hosted IVR, Call Capture, and extension routing service to record and direct incoming calls for a major real estate/mortgage broker ad campaign.

United Insurance Technologies, LLC, which Recognos partnered with in 2003 to provide state-of-the-art health insurance quote services to the California market, has now entered the Colorado and Oregon markets and will be offering its individual and small group health quotes to insurance agents in May, 2004.

Candles4Light of California is now selling its custom candles directly to consumers using Recognos’ award winning Flash site located at http://www.candles4light.com. A parallel HTML site, for dial-up connection purchasers, is under development and will be available in June, 2004.
